When signing up to become a Petal Club member you are agreeing to be a member for a minimum of 3 months.
Petal Club appointments are subject to the same cancellation and attendance policy.
If a Petal Club member cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fails to attend their appointment, the booked appointment will be forfeited and deducted from their membership allowance.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or membership benefits.
You must provide at least 30 days notice to cancel your membership. To cancel you must complete 3 months. Cancellations must be in an email to: info@blowgarden.co.uk
Please remember memberships cannot be used on the following days: bank holidays, Valentine’s, Ascot, Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve.
Ascot 2026: Memberships are not valid 16th June to 19th June before 12noon. If you have booked before 12 on Ascot week you are required to pay the full appointment. To amend your appointment please contact us.
Pin curls (left in): £5. All hair extensions: £10 (applies to all appointments & memberships)
