PAYMENT POLICY
We are a cash-free salon. Please ensure you have a valid card for payment.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY SUMMARY
A valid payment card is required to secure your booking. Card details are collected once and stored securely in accordance with GDPR and applicable payment security standards via our booking system Fresha.
Payments for services will be taken as normal during your appointment. Your card will only be charged in line with this cancellation policy.
Appointment changes and rescheduling requests are subject to availability - changes cannot be under 48hours.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee, which will be charged automatically to the card held on file.
Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the full appointment cost being charged automatically.
If you arrive late, we may need to modify or shorten your service to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. In some cases, your appointment may be adjusted to a dry style or alternative service where appropriate.
Petal Club Members
Petal Club appointments are subject to the same cancellation and attendance policy.
If a Petal Club member cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fails to attend their appointment, the booked appointment will be forfeited and deducted from their membership allowance.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or membership benefits.
You must provide at least 30 days notice to cancel your membership. Cancellations must be in an email to: info@blowgarden.co.uk
Please remember memberships cannot be used on the following days: bank holidays, Valentine’s, Royal Ascot, Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve.
Ascot 2026: Memberships are not valid 16th June to 19th June before 12noon. If you have booked before 12 on Ascot week you are required to pay the full appointment. To amend your appointment please contact us.
Pin curls (left in): £5. All hair extensions: £10 (applies to all appointments & memberships)
